Mena Alexa Suvari, born 1979. She is an American model, fashion designer and actress. She began her modeling career in 1990. She soon shifted to acting after appearances in television shows such as Boy Meets World or High Incident. In 1997 she made her acting debut as an actor in the film Nowhere. The performances she made in American Beauty, for which she won a BAFTA Award nomination and American Pie attracted a lot of interest. In 2000, she was in American Pie alongside American Pie co star Jason Biggs. Then, she played the lead role in Sugar & Spice (2000). Her appearances were in the 2002 acclaimed independent drama Spun and the 2004 thriller feature Trauma. In addition, she was a part of drama series on HBO Six Feet Under in 2004 the show was awarded a nomination for a member of the Outstanding Cast in the 2005 Screen Actors Guild Awards. In 2008 her filmography included Day of the Dead The Mysteries of Pittsburgh as well as the version to The Garden of Eden and several other movies.
